to the cool, wet climate. What may not be plainly visible to the naked eye, can cost
thousands of dollars in repair bills after you move in.

Now Home Inspections: What
to expect Who will be present?
In addition to the home inspector, you and your realtor are
encouraged to attend the inspection. Typically, the seller is not
present so you will feel comfortable asking questions and learning
about your new home. Please make every effort to be present for the
inspection, as the inspector will be able to show and explain any
findings discovered during the home inspection.
How long will the Inspection take?
Typically, you should allow 2-3 hours for your home inspection. This
time will vary depending on the age and condition of the home.
Can I ask questions?
Lighthouse Home Inspection, LLC encourages you to not only ask
questions about your new home, but we also recommend that you follow
the inspector around during the inspection. This will help you
not only understand every deficiency that may be present in the
home, but will also help you learn valuable maintenance tips to
protect your new investment.
When Do I get the Report?
Lighthouse Home Inspection, LLC will typically email you your
complete home inspection and Pest Report the same day. The report
will also be emailed to your realtor if requested. Each inspection
report will include a summary of findings and a detailed report of
each deficiency. Photos are also inserted to help you better
understand each condition.
